Private website previews by Remade

This domain hosts private previews of new websites. Remade builds each one for a single US business, from the words and photos on its current site. Then we email the owner one private link to it.

Why you might be here

If you followed a link from one of our emails or a preview's "What is this?" link, this page explains what a preview is.

A preview isn't the business's official website. Every preview page carries a banner that says so and names Remade.

How a preview is made

Our software rebuilds the site from the business's own words and photos, and AI helps sort them into the new layout. The text stays as the business wrote it. AI writes only short headings and labels, and it never adds a fact.

The video at the top of a preview is sample footage from a stock library. It wasn't filmed at the business.

What a preview does and doesn't do

• It's private. It's hidden from search engines and opens only from its own link.
• Its forms and booking calendar are demos. Nothing typed into them is sent anywhere.
• It links to nothing outside itself except the price bar's checkout and a booking page for a 15-minute call. Payment happens only on Stripe's own checkout page.
• It expires 30 days after our first email, unless the business replies or buys. We delete the words and photos we copied 60 days after that.

What a preview records

A preview records visits to its own pages:

• when a page opens
• the device type and browser
• the network and region the visit came from
• how long the page stays on screen, and how far it's scrolled
• which buttons are used

We use this to tell people from automated link scanners and to know whether a preview has been opened.

A preview sets no cookies, uses no third-party trackers and never stores an IP address. Nothing entered in its demo form or calendar leaves the page. Raw visit details are deleted after 90 days. The privacy page has the rest.

Ask us to take your preview down

You can ask us to take your preview down at any time. Reply to our email, or write to jon@remadeco.com. We'll take it down and won't email you again.
